Global HR leader and enthusiastic learner, Beatriz has over 18 years of international experience serving in several HR roles, leading and collaborating with multicultural teams.
Working for technology-intense companies of different industries and sizes in Europe, North America and Latin America, from start-ups to multinational ones, she navigated business transformation, mergers & acquisitions, business expansion and spin-offs, and has accumulated a track record in managing change and implementing a culture of innovation and continuous development.
Beatriz joined Carrefour as Group HR Director in charge of the business units heading the company’s global digital transformation: Technology, Data, Digital Transformation and E-commerce.
In addition to her HR roles, Beatriz lectured MBA classes and has been an active volunteer as a career advisor for underprivileged students in Brazil.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, an Executive MBA, and an M.Sc. in Management of Innovation.
